30 Minutes is all you need! No equipment, just your body! Take it outside or in your living room, just get ready to sweat, train hard and get a quick killer workout in!

30 Minute, Cardio Circuit!  6 Exercises, 1 Circuit, 3 Rounds.

Complete each exercise consecutively, then repeat for 3 rounds (x3)  Take a 30-60 sec break between each round.

  1. 20 Jumps Squats
  2. 20 Skater Jumps
  3. 20 Runners Jump ( 10 each side)
  4. 20 Squat Jump Touchdowns
  5. 20 High Knees
  6. 20 Squat Jacks Touchdowns
